Technology & Best Practices Training Module
The Hudson Historical Society of Massachusetts involves volunteers and new staff in cataloguing new items to their inventory. This work needed an easy training module that users could follow along with, or use as a reference when using the museum software called Past Perfect. The modules needed to be simple and accessible for all ages of users.
Roles
Content Designer:
Assessed the necessary steps of the process and what needed to be highlighted in the learning modules
Wrote all steps/lessons in the guide & course
Digital Designer:
Sourced photographs, screenshots and all other assets to be used in the guide
Tested modules on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
